A Civil Engineering Supervisor directs daily construction activities on-site, ensuring projects meet structural specifications, safety regulations, and budget targets. They act as the crucial link between project managers and on-site workers, coordinating personnel, managing materials, and resolving structural or logistical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring work conforms strictly to approved engineering drawings and building codes.
- Quality Control: Inspect delivered materials and ongoing workmanship to verify they meet strict industry and project standards. [
- Safety Enforcement: Implement and monitor strict safety protocols, conduct regular site risk assessments, and ensure all staff use proper protective equipment.
- Resource Management: Coordinate the daily deployment of labor, subcontractors, and heavy machinery for maximum on-site efficiency.
- Progress Reporting: Track daily milestones and budgets, reporting project status to the Project Manager or upper management.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve unexpected technical challenges and labor disputes as they occur on the job site.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
