Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of best practices in test automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing objectives with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to quality engineering.
- Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing accuracy and control.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
