- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and festival/seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Lead content ideation for Reels, short-form videos, travel stories, customer testimonials, and destination promotions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality content.
- Manage the brand's online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and viral content to keep the brand relevant.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, CTR, conversions, and follower growth.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to execute paid social campaigns and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams to support business campaigns and lead generation.
- Manage influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and user-generated content initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
