About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fintech Sales Executive to drive sales growth, onboard clients, and build long-term business relationships for our financial technology products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of digital payments/financial services, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients, channel partners, and resellers for fintech products.
- Promote services such as Pay-In/Payment Gateway, Pay-Out, AEPS, DMT, BBPS, and API Solutions.
- Generate and manage leads through field visits, calls, digital outreach, and networking.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups with potential customers.
- Maintain client records, sales reports, and pipeline management in CRM/spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with the technical and onboarding team for merchant activation and support.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Stay updated with competitors, product trends, RBI guidelines, and digital payment market trends.
