Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management support.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure policy compliance.
- Conduct exit interviews and oversee offboarding and final settlement processes.
- Maintain HR documentation and support organizational HR initiatives.
