Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and creative Cinematographer cum Editor to join the Travelling Sankirtan Party (TSP) Media Team. The candidate will travel with devotees across different cities and states, capturing and editing powerful devotional content related to Harinam Sankirtan, book distribution, prasadam distribution, temple activities, festivals, and preaching programs.
The purpose of this service is to help spread Krishna consciousness through high-quality visual storytelling on social media platforms.
ResponsibilitiesCinematography
- Travel with the TSP team for shoots, yatras, festivals, and preaching programs.
- Capture cinematic videos, reels, interviews, Harinam moments, book distribution, and devotional lifestyle content.
- Operate cameras, gimbals, drones, microphones, and other media equipment properly.
- Take creative shots for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and promotional content.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, audio, and visual quality during shoots.
- Maintain and protect all media equipment during travel and service.
Video Editing
- Edit YouTube videos, reels, shorts, documentaries, and promotional videos.
- Create engaging storytelling edits with music, subtitles, transitions, and color correction.
- Deliver content on time according to posting schedules.
- Organize footage and maintain proper backup of all project files.
- Coordinate with scriptwriters, social media team, and content coordinators for timely delivery.
Social Media Support
- Understand current social media trends and devotional content style.
- Help create impactful Krishna conscious content for preaching.
- Support festival promotions, announcements, and campaign videos.
Requirements
- Experience in cinematography and video editing.
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of camera handling, lighting, and audio recording.
- Ready to travel frequently with TSP across India.
- Ability to work in a devotional and team-oriented environment.
- Discipline, punctuality, and responsibility toward service.
- Passion for spreading Krishna consciousness through media.
Preferred Qualities
- Devotional mindset and interest in ISKCON preaching activities.
- Creative storytelling ability.
- Knowledge of reels/short-form content creation.
- Ability to work under deadlines and travel schedules.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
