Role Overview
We're looking for a versatile, experienced professional who can move seamlessly between chairside assistance and front-desk management. This dual role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organized, and takes pride in delivering a premium, seamless patient experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave the chair.
Key Responsibilities
Chairside / Clinical Support
- Assisting during restorative, endodontic (including microscope-based RCT), and general procedures
- Instrument and equipment preparation, sterilization, and infection-control protocol adherence
- Patient preparation and comfort management before, during, and after procedures
- Maintaining treatment room readiness and inventory of consumables
- Assisting with digital records, X-rays/RVG, and basic documentation
Front Desk / Reception
- Greeting patients and managing a smooth check-in/check-out experience
- Appointment scheduling across Monika's calendar and visiting specialists
- Answering calls, WhatsApp Business inquiries, and walk-in queries professionally
- Following up on leads and inquiries per clinic's response-time standards
- Managing billing, invoices, and payment collection
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area consistent with the clinic's premium brand
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (dental assisting, front-desk, or both — clinical/healthcare setting preferred)
- Diploma/certification in Dental Assisting is a plus, not mandatory
- Comfortable with sterilization protocols and chairside procedures
- Comfortable with scheduling tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic billing/MS Office
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred)
- Well-groomed, professional demeanor; ability to multitask and stay composed during busy periods
- Comfortable working with advanced equipment (DOM experience a plus — training provided)
