Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Assistant Maintenance professional to support the maintenance team in ensuring smooth operation of building systems, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily maintenance and repair of facility equipment and infrastructure.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs such as leak fixing, pipe replacement, valve servicing, and sanitary maintenance.
- Support electrical maintenance including lighting, wiring checks, switch/socket replacement, DB panel support, and troubleshooting minor faults.
- Assist in operation and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems such as AC units, chillers, AHU, FCU, ventilation systems, and thermostats.
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules and routine inspections.
- Respond to maintenance breakdowns and emergency repair requests.
- Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with vendors/contractors when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support housekeeping and facility upkeep activities when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma / Technical certification in Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC / Plumbing preferred.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in commercial, residential, hotel, hospital, or industrial facilities.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work shifts / on-call if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
