Job Summary:
An HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's workforce requirements. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- · Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- · Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
- · Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- · Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- · Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- · Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and maintain job advertisements.
- · Maintain and update candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant databases.
- · Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offer letters, and joining formalities..
- · Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.
- · Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.
- · Support onboarding activities and employee documentation.
Skills and Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Knowledge of job portals, social media recruitment, and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
Experience:
Freshers as well as candidates with 0-1of experiencein recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
