About the Company
Furious Nutritions Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing healthcare nutrition company specializing in infant nutrition products. We are expanding our presence across Uttar Pradesh and are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Area Business Manager to lead our field sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and develop the assigned territory covering Sultanpur, Jaunpur, and Robertsganj.
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Develop strong relationships with Pediatricians, Gynecologists.
- Monitor market coverage, doctor calls, and field activities through CRM and daily reporting.
- Conduct joint field work with team members to improve productivity and conversion.
- Analyze territory performance, identify business opportunities, and implement growth strategies.
- Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR), Weekly Reports, Tour Plans, and Monthly Business Reviews.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth supply chain and customer support.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (Science or Pharmacy preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in Pharma, Infant Nutrition, Pediatric Nutrition, or Healthcare Sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience as ABM/Territory Manager.
- Strong relationships with Pediatricians and Gynecologists will be preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
