Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training sessions on soft skills, communication skills, and English language proficiency
Conduct interview preparation sessions including mock interviews and personality development Assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback
Develop and customize training materials as per program requirements
Support candidates in improving interpersonal and professional communication skills
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams for training-related activities and program execution Willingness to travel locally as required for training delivery
Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Graduate / MBA
Total 3 -4 Years’ Experience Experience: Minimum 2 year of operational or relevant training experience
Languages: Good command over English, Hindi, and local language
Required Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills
Good interpersonal and mentoring abilities Knowledge of training methodologies and activities
Ability to engage and manage diverse groups of learners
Adaptability and willingness to travel
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
