Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee HR strategy and operations across multiple hospital branches
- Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and leadership hiring
- Partner with leadership and branch heads on organizational planning & decision-making
- Establish and standardize HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks across units
- Lead performance management systems, KPIs, and productivity improvement initiatives
- Strengthen employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational culture
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements & NABH standards
- Oversee HR analytics, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Manage and mentor the HR team across locations to ensure operational excellence
Requirements
- MBA / Master’s in Human Resource Management
- 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospital / healthcare sector
- Proven experience managing multi-unit / multi-branch HR operations
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking capabilities
