Dispatch Executive – Facade Industry
Job Summary
The Dispatch Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the dispatch of façade materials, including aluminium profiles, glass panels, ACP sheets, hardware, and finished façade components, ensuring timely delivery to project sites while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities for façade materials and finished products.
- Prepare dispatch schedules according to project requirements and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with production, stores, procurement, and project teams for material readiness.
- Arrange transportation and logistics for deliveries to construction sites.
- Generate and maintain dispatch documents such as:
- Delivery Challans
- E-Way Bills
- Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Transport Documents
- Ensure proper packaging and loading of façade components to prevent transit damage.
- Track dispatched materials and provide delivery updates to project teams and clients.
- Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/software systems.
- Verify quantities and specifications before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and freight costs.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Support inventory reconciliation and stock movement tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Experience in the façade, aluminium, glass, construction, or manufacturing industry preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with E-Way Bills and GST documentation.
- Understanding of façade materials (aluminium profiles, glass, ACP, hardware, sealants, etc.).
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Experience
- 2 – 3Yrs
- Experience handling dispatches for façade projects, curtain wall systems, unitized façades, windows, doors, and cladding systems.
- Coordination with construction sites and project execution teams.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
