Job Summary
RK Infotech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential clients, promote our digital marketing services, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into long-term customers. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
- Introduce and explain RK Infotech's digital marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an added advantage.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
