Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Executive to manage daily HR operations including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job openings on job portals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring.
- Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain daily attendance records.
- Track employee leaves, late coming, and shift details.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll.
- Employee Documentation
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
- Handle employee verification and document collection.
- Payroll Support
- Prepare payroll data and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Maintain salary records and assist in salary slip distribution.
- Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Exit Formalities
- Manage resignation process and exit interviews.
- Handle full & final settlement documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–3 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of HR operations and MS Office.
- Good communication and organizational skill
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,362.23 - ₹32,967.81 per month
