Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier Cum Sales Consultant to handle billing and cash-related activities while also supporting the sales team in assisting customers and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other customer payments.
- Prepare bills and receipts accurately.
- Maintain daily cash and transaction records.
- Verify payments and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for daily collections and reports.
- Maintain proper records of cash and sales transactions.
Sales Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain Royal Enfield motorcycle models, features, specifications, and pricing.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding bookings, payments, and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cashiering, sales, or a similar role preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly.
- Valid 2-wheeler driving licence preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
