We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The candidate should have strong communication skills, team handling ability, and real estate market knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Generate and close property sales leads
- Handle customer inquiries and site visit coordination
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop sales strategies and marketing plans
- Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
- Handle marketing and CRM work
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
