The Absence & Time and Labor (OTL) Sr. Associate is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Absence and OTL modules. The role ensures accurate time tracking, leave management, and workforce scheduling while maintaining compliance and delivering high-quality AMS support and continuous improvements.
The role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on AMS support experience, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

6+ years of hands-on AMS experience: incidents, requests, enhancements, configurations

Strong expertise in OTL and Absence (end-to-end)

Knowledge of time tracking, scheduling, validation, and approvals

Understanding of leave policies, accruals, and entitlements

Production support and issue resolution experience

Experience with year-end and quarterly updates

Knowledge of integrations (Payroll, Core HR)

Working knowledge of Fast Formulas

Ability to work independently
Time & Labor (OTL)

Implement and support end-to-end OTL solutions

Configure time rules, calculations, processing profiles, and workflows

Manage timecards, schedules, shifts, and labor costing

Align time tracking processes with business needs

Ensure integration with Payroll, Absence, and Core HR

Support overtime, shift differentials, and compliance

Troubleshoot issues and ensure data accuracy

Understand global and U.S. time policies
Absence Management

Configure absence plans, accruals, eligibility, and workflows

Manage leave types (accrual, entitlement, comp-off)

Support leave requests, approvals, and balances
-
Handle carryovers and accrual calculations

Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
-
Support integrations across Absence, OTL, and Payroll

Understand global and U.S. absence policies

Knowledge of OTBI, BIP, HDL, HCM Extracts

Awareness of global compliance requirements
