Your Role
As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring clients, helping them navigate their international journey with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, messages, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
- Conduct consultations to understand client goals and assess eligibility for various immigration pathways.
- Educate clients about programs such as Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), study permits, and work visas.
- Provide clear guidance on visa procedures, documentation requirements, and processing timelines.
- Build lasting relationships through regular follow-ups and professional support.
- Convert qualified leads into successful clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams to ensure a seamless application experience.
- Maintain accurate records and update enquiry statuses in the CRM system.
