Corporate Food & Beverage (F&B) Server
We are seeking polished, service-oriented, and professional Corporate F&B Servers to deliver exceptional food and beverage service within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate should possess fine dining or luxury hospitality experience and demonstrate impeccable etiquette, attention to detail, and a guest-first approach while serving executives, employees, and corporate guests.
Provide professional food and beverage service during breakfast, lunch, tea service, meetings, and corporate events.
Serve meals and beverages according to established service standards.
Set up, maintain, and clear meeting rooms, boardrooms, executive dining areas, and cafeterias.
Ensure timely service while maintaining the highest standards of presentation.
Attend to senior management and VIP guests with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality while working around executive offices.
Anticipate guest requirements and provide personalized service.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, juices, and other beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry areas.
Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
Ensure proper storage of food and beverages.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of service equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
Comply with health and safety regulations.
Assist in setting up conference rooms before meetings.
Arrange buffets, snack stations, and beverage counters for corporate events.
Coordinate with kitchen and administration teams to ensure smooth service.
Greet guests courteously and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
Resolve minor service concerns efficiently while escalating issues when necessary.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional grooming and presentation
Knowledge of fine dining and banquet service
Understanding of international service etiquette
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
2–6 years of experience in luxury hotels, business hotels, corporate hospitality, executive dining, private clubs, or premium restaurants.
Experience serving corporate executives or VIP guests is highly preferred.
