Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, manage walk-in customers, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer handling abilities, and experience in showroom or retail sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operations of the showroom.
Welcome and assist walk-in customers, understanding their requirements and providing suitable product recommendations.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and excellent customer service.
Achieve showroom sales targets and maximize revenue.
Supervise and guide the sales team to improve performance.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/store team.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and operational requirements.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
3+ years of experience in showroom management, retail sales, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle walk-in customers professionally.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
