Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the commercial building to ensure smooth and safe operation of all facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints from tenants and occupants.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify repair requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers when required.
- Maintain common areas, equipment, and building facilities in good condition.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.
- Keep maintenance records and report major repairs to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
- Experience in building maintenance preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair works.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,002.67 - ₹30,884.74 per month
