We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, office administration, vendor management, and employee engagement in alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and induction.
· Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and employee records.
· Maintain attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee databases with accuracy.
· Coordinate employee onboarding, exit formalities, and full employee lifecycle management.
· Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and maintain confidential records.
· Manage office administration, facility management, housekeeping, pantry, stationery, and office maintenance.
· Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, travel bookings, couriers, and logistics.
· Maintain office asset inventory and monitor administrative expenses.
Prepare HR MIS reports and support management with periodic reporting.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
