Balrampur Multi-Speciality Hospital is seeking a dedicated Consultant ENT Surgeon to provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of ear, nose, throat, and head & neck disorders. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care while contributing to clinical excellence and departmental growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat ENT and head & neck disorders.
- Provide OPD, IPD, emergency, and surgical services.
- Perform ENT procedures and surgeries, including FESS, septoplasty, and tonsillectomy.
- Manage hearing, balance, and airway disorders.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure high standards of patient safety and quality care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- MBBS with MS/DNB in ENT (Otorhinolaryngology).
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
- 2–5 years of experience for Consultant level.
- 8–10 years of experience for Senior Consultant level.
- Fellowship in an ENT subspecialty will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills.
