Senior Teacher – Senior Wing
Blooming Dale Public School is looking for a confident, experienced, and academically strong Senior Teacher to take responsibility for the overall academic development, classroom management, and coordination of students in the upper wing.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the overall academic performance and development of students in the Senior Wing.
- Teach and support students across English, Hindi, Mathematics, and Science, with a particularly strong command of Mathematics and Science.
- Maintain strong classroom discipline and control while creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Plan and deliver effective lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Monitor student performance, identify learning gaps, and provide appropriate academic support.
- Coordinate effectively with school administration and teaching staff on academic matters.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with parents regarding student performance, progress, and concerns.
- Handle parent and student interactions with maturity and professionalism.
- Support assessments, academic planning, examinations, and other school activities.
- Ensure high standards of teaching, discipline, and academic performance are maintained across the Upper Wing.
