We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Machine Operator / Labourer to support daily manufacturing and production activities. The candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, handling materials, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Start, monitor, adjust, and stop machines safely.
- Ensure smooth machine operation and report any malfunctions or abnormalities immediately.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
Production Support
- Load raw materials into machines as required.
- Remove, inspect, and pack finished products.
- Assist in product labeling, packaging, and dispatch preparation.
- Maintain production records and daily output logs.
Material Handling
- Move raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods within the facility.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from vehicles.
- Ensure proper storage of materials and inventory.
Quality & Safety
- Follow company quality standards and operating procedures.
- Conduct visual inspections of products for defects or damage.
- Comply with all workplace safety regulations and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
General Labour Duties
- Assist supervisors and team members with production-related tasks.
- Support maintenance and housekeeping activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass / High School (preferred).
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, factory work, machine operation, or labour work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to operate machinery after training.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting materials.

- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Physical Requirements
