The Help Desk is a central point of contact for residents, helping, information, and resolving issues related to apartment living. The Help Desk Officer plays a key role in ensuring residents have a smooth and pleasant living experience.
Reporting
The Help Desk Officer will report to the PROPERTY MANAGER on a regular basis regarding the status of complaints, feedback, and other matters.
Working Hours
>The Help Desk will operate from 9 AM to 6 PM, Sunday to Saturday.
> For emergencies after hours, a contact number for the on-duty
personnel/security will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. Resident Support: Provide timely and effective support to residents on various matters, including but not limited to:
> Maintenance requests (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
> Queries about society rules, regulations, and policies
> Assistance with facilities like gym, pool, clubhouse, etc.
> Lost and found items
> General inquiries about the apartment complex
2. Complaint Handling: Receive, document, and escalate (if needed) complaints from residents regarding issues like:
>Noise disturbances
> Parking
> Security concerns
> Issues with service providers (like garbage collection, pest control)
> Follow up on the status of complaints and keep residents informed
3. Information Dissemination: Keep residents informed about:
> Important announcements (AGM/EGM meetings, maintenance schedules)
> Events and activities in the society (festivals, gatherings, community events)
> Changes in rules or policies
> Share information via notice boards, WhatsApp groups, or email as appropriate
4. Coordination with Maintenance Team: Act as a liaison between residents and the maintenance team for repair works, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain logs of:
> Complaints received and actions taken
> Maintenance requests and their status
> Feedback from residents
> Any other relevant records for the smooth functioning of the help desk
6. Feedback Mechanism: Collect feedback from residents on services provided by the apartment society and suggest improvements to the management.
Skills and Attributes
> Good communication and interpersonal skills
> Basic problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues when needed
> Familiarity with the apartment layout, facilities, and rules is a plus
> Patience and a resident-centric approach.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
