Tele Sales Executive – Luxury Real Estate

About the Role
We are looking for confident and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to support the sales of premium Goa-based luxury real estate projects. The role involves lead qualification, client engagement, appointment scheduling, and nurturing prospects interested in luxury second homes, farmhouse estates, and resort residences.
This is not a traditional call center role. You will interact with HNI, NRI, entrepreneur, investor, and premium buyer segments and represent a luxury real estate brand through professional and consultative communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and qualify leads from digital campaigns, referrals, databases, events, and partner networks.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, purchase timelines, and investment objectives.
- Present project highlights and generate interest in luxury second-home ownership opportunities.
- Schedule Zoom meetings, sales consultations, and Goa site visits for qualified prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Update CRM with accurate call notes, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Send approved WhatsApp messages, project information, and appointment reminders.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate telesales, presales, CRM calling, or lead qualification.
- Prior experience in luxury real estate, villas, plotted developments, second homes, or premium residential projects preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent phone etiquette, listening skills, and objection handling.
- Comfortable interacting with HNI and NRI clients.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales processes preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
- Monthly Incentives: based on performance

Work Schedule
- 6 days a week
- Office-based role in Gurgaon
- Weekend availability required
- Daily reporting and CRM updates mandatory
