We are hiring for QA Lead for Accounting and Auditing Industry
Location: Chennai
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 6+ Years

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to establish and lead the quality assurance function from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, CI/CD, system testing, and release management. This role involves defining quality standards, building automated testing frameworks, and ensuring high-quality software releases across operating systems, cloud platforms, and applications.
Key Responsibilities
# Define and implement the overall QA strategy and testing processes.
# Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for OS, backend/cloud, and application testing.
# Build and manage CI/CD test automation infrastructure.
# Perform hardware validation and release acceptance testing on real devices.
# Define and enforce release quality gates and support go/no-go release decisions.
# Design and execute API, integration, end-to-end, performance, and security testing.
# Monitor test coverage, defect trends, and quality metrics.
# Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure software quality.
# Coordinate external security testing and penetration testing activities.
# Mentor and lead a small QA team while driving continuous quality improvements.
Required Skills
# Strong programming skills in Python and Bash on Linux.
# Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
# Expertise in API, backend, end-to-end, and system testing.
# Experience testing infrastructure, operating systems, or platform-level software.
# Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and release management.
# Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is an advantage.
# Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
# Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
# Experience with security testing and penetration testing.
# Performance and load testing experience.
# Mobile automation testing (iOS/Android).
# Experience building a QA function and release process from scratch.
# Knowledge of Rust or Go is an added advantage.
