Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Manager with 2–5 years of experience in retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall functioning of the store, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and leading the store team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day retail store operations.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing at all times.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of products.
- Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.
2. Customer Management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers.
- Encourage upselling and cross-selling while maintaining customer satisfaction.
3. Sales & Target Achievement
- Drive store sales and ensure monthly targets are met.
- Monitor sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Plan and execute strategies to increase footfall and conversions.
4. Staff Supervision
- Oversee store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Ensure team members maintain professionalism and service standards.
- Support training and performance monitoring of staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in retail store management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for plants, sustainability, and eco-friendly products is an added advantage.
