. Online Store Management
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Neu, etc.
- Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Update inventory regularly to avoid stock issues or overselling.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Monitor daily orders and ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for packing and dispatch.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
3. Inventory Management
- Maintain proper stock levels across all online channels.
- Coordinate with production/supply chain team for replenishment.
- Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory situations.
4. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Plan and execute strategies to increase online sales.
- Work on product visibility, promotions, and marketplace campaigns.
- Identify best-selling products and improve their performance.
5. Digital Marketing & Promotions
- Run online ads and promotional campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
- Participate in seasonal sales events (Big Billion Days, Prime Day, etc.).
- Optimize product pages for better search ranking (SEO on marketplaces).
6. Customer Service & Reviews
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns.
- Ensure positive customer feedback and high ratings.
- Monitor product reviews and take corrective actions if needed.
7. Marketplace Account Management
- Manage seller accounts on different platforms.
- Handle account health, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
- Resolve issues related to account suspension or policy violations.
8. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies.
9. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work with marketing, production, packaging, and logistics teams.
- Ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
- Align online strategy with overall business goals.
10. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation for listings, invoices, and GST.
- Follow e-commerce guidelines for food/FMCG products (if applicable).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
