Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for office administration, vendor coordination, facility management, record keeping, and providing administrative support to various departments. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure efficient office operations. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, security, and office services. Handle office correspondence, emails, courier services, and documentation. Maintain employee records, attendance, and administrative files. Organize meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events. Ensure office facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Monitor and process administrative expenses, invoices, and vendor payments. Assist in onboarding new employees by arranging workstations and required resources. Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams with administrative tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills Experience with office management software or ERP systems. Knowledge of vendor management and facility administration. Basic understanding of budgeting and expense tracking.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
