Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu selection.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure tables are clean, well-arranged, and properly set before and after service.
- Clear used crockery, cutlery, and glassware promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area as per company and FSSAI guidelines.
- Assist guests with queries and resolve minor concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Refill water, condiments, and other table essentials as required.
- Support opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
- Handle billing assistance and payment coordination when required.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a positive dining experience for every guest.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
