Position: Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts with 6–8 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in finance, accounting, statutory compliance, banking operations, and RERA compliance. The role requires hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting functions while ensuring compliance with all applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations.
- Handle Accounts Receivable, customer ledger reconciliations, and collection monitoring.
- Manage banking operations, including payments, receipts, fund management, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file LUT (GST RFD-11) and other applicable GST returns and declarations.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and financial reports for management.
- Handle RERA compliances, including Quarterly Progress Reports (QPR) and related financial workings.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for CA certifications, statutory audits, and regulatory filings.
- Maintain books of account using ERP and Tally.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
