Job Title: Technical Executive/ Junior Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Provide technical solutions to customer issues
2) Trouble shoot issues with LAN connectivity
3) Logging and keeping records of customer support tickets through CRM
4) Meet customer SLAs for support, liaise with internal technical team and escalate wherever needed in a timely manner
5) Responsible for ensuring customer delight at all times
6) Keep upto date with new product versions/releases and features
7) Be persistent and patient and follow the instructions to ensure the assigned work is completed successfully
8) Give effective presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
9) Providing pre-sales and after-sales support whenever required
Should be willing to travel at short notice
Skills Required:
1) Good knowledge of computer hardware, Operating system (Linux) and networking basics
2) Possess excellent logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
3) Team player with good oral and written communication skills. Should be fluent in English.
4) Should be willing to learn new tools/technologies
5) Ability to work under pressure and ability to multi-task
6) Industry Network certifications such as CCNA/MCSE desirable but not mandatory
7) Experience in customer facing Technical Support role is added advantage
Exposure to CCTV, surveillance products is an added advantage
Qualifications:
B.Sc Computers/MSc Computers/B.C.A/ M.C.A/B. Tech
Experience:
0-1 Year
NOTE: Should be willing to relocate to any location in India.
Other Comments:
Will be trained on the Duranc Vision platform and solutions that Orego deals in.
CTC: 1.5 – 2 Lacs per annum
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
