Loco Group is looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Marketing Executive to support marketing initiatives across its golf, brewery, nightlife, and F&B experiences. This role is ideal for someone with strong digital marketing fundamentals, creative coordination skills, and the ability to execute campaigns that drive customer engagement, reservations, and footfall.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Support
- Assist in launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- Support promotions for F&B experiences, live events, golf experiences, DJ nights, and special campaigns.
- Monitor daily budgets, campaign performance, and engagement metrics to ensure campaigns drive reservations and footfall.
- Coordinate with senior marketing leadership to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
Website & SEO Execution
- Manage website updates, menu uploads, event landing pages, and content changes using WordPress or equivalent CMS platforms.
- Execute on-page SEO strategies to improve local search visibility and digital discovery.
- Optimize content with relevant keyword strategies aligned with hospitality, golf, and nightlife trends.
CRM, Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Execute WhatsApp broadcasts and email campaigns for offers, festive events, promotions, and loyalty rewards.
- Manage customer segmentation lists to support personalized guest communication.
- Assist in loyalty and retention initiatives to improve repeat customer engagement.
MIS & Data Reporting
- Prepare weekly performance reports using Looker Studio, Excel, and other reporting tools to track digital channel performance and ROI.
- Ensure marketing data accuracy by coordinating with MIS and operations teams.
- Analyze campaign performance trends and highlight optimization opportunities.
General Marketing Support
- Collaborate with design, content, and operations teams to execute creative campaigns and outlet promotions.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, campaign shoots, and brand partnerships as required.
- Support on-ground branding activities, PR events, and campaign setups to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with seasonal promotions, event launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (internships and relevant project work considered).
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, WordPress, and CRM tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment.
- Interest in golf entertainment, nightlife, F&B, and customer engagement experiences is preferred.
