Core Responsibilities
- Damage Assessment: Conduct site investigations and structural audits to diagnose defects, concrete spalling, foundation settlement, or corrosion.
- Repair Planning: Develop structural repair schemes, including retrofitting methods, waterproofing, and material selection (e.g., epoxy injection, micro-concrete).
- Drafting & Estimating: Prepare structural drawings using CAD, determine Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and establish repair cost estimates.
- Project Execution: Supervise on-site rehabilitation activities, enforce quality assurance, and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and junior engineers to ensure repairs are completed on schedule and within budget
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
