This is an opportunity to become part of our Founding Engineering Team, where you'll help shape the architecture, engineering culture, and technology roadmap from the ground up.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Principal Platform Engineer who thrives on building secure, scalable, cloud-native platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own our cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, production operations, security, and platform reliability.
You'll work directly with the founders, influence strategic technology decisions, and help build a platform capable of supporting thousands of enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Build highly available Kubernetes-based environments.
- Manage Linux servers, networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, reverse proxies, and load balancing.
- Plan for scalability, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery.
DevSecOps
- Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible preferred).
- Automate deployments, environment provisioning, and release management.
- Manage secrets, certificates, and configuration management.
Platform Engineering
- Build and operate Docker/Kubernetes clusters.
- Implement monitoring, centralized logging, alerting, and observability.
- Drive platform reliability, performance optimization, and operational excellence.
- Define SRE best practices and incident management processes.
Security
- Design secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Implement API security, IAM, secure networking, and zero-trust principles.
- Conduct infrastructure hardening, vulnerability assessments, and security reviews.
- Champion DevSecOps practices across the engineering organization.
Database & Reliability
- Support PostgreSQL administration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Monitor infrastructure health, capacity planning, and platform stability.
Leadership
- Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technology planning.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, and Leadership teams.

Required Experience
- 7–10 years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Experience designing and operating production-scale cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments in production.
- Proven track record of building secure and scalable enterprise systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days preferred
- Location: Delhi NCR preferred (or willing to relocate to Gurugram)
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Work Authorization: Eligible to work in India
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
