Job Title: DCDP – Chinese Cuisine (Demi Chef de Partie)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a DCDP – Chinese Cuisine to assist in the preparation and cooking of Chinese dishes while maintaining quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and cooking Chinese dishes as per standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Support the CDP and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and follow cost-control measures.
- Adhere to food safety and kitchen safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
