We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive with deep expertise in the medical device, hospital supplies, and chemical product sectors. In this role, you will lead B2B marketing initiatives, drive product positioning across hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic labs, and build strategic relationships with key procurement decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to hospitals, healthcare systems, and laboratory supply chains.
- Product Positioning: Translate technical and regulatory specifications of medical consumables and chemical products into compelling value propositions for doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement heads.
- B2B Lead Generation: Identify market opportunities, organize product demonstrations, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Market Research & Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor pricing, regulatory changes, and evolving customer needs within the healthcare and chemical industries.
- Event & Field Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, medical expos, hospital conferences, and client presentation meetings.
- Collateral Development: Work alongside product teams to create high-impact brochures, technical datasheets, case studies, and digital marketing content.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years of direct marketing or sales experience handling hospital supplies, medical consumables, or industrial/medical chemicals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of hospital procurement cycles, vendor onboarding processes, and compliance/safety protocols for chemical handling.
- Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel locally/regionally for client visits and industry events as needed.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
