Job Summary:
Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking food while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization. Gain practical experience and develop culinary skills in a professional kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and measuring ingredients.
- Assist chefs in cooking and plating dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Store food properly and monitor stock levels.
- Help with receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Ensure waste is minimized and ingredients are used efficiently.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,155.53 per month
