Job Title: DRA Certified Collection Executive
Job Summary
A DRA Certified Collection Executive is responsible for managing and recovering overdue
payments from customers in compliance with the guidelines set by the Indian Banks'
Association (IBA). The role involves handling delinquent accounts, negotiating repayment
plans, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring ethical and legal recovery practices
as per DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification standards.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone calls, field visits, emails, or
written communication.
Follow up on pending payments and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
Ensure adherence to DRA guidelines and fair collection practices.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Coordinate with internal departments such as credit, legal, and operations teams.
Conduct field visits for recovery when required.
Ensure compliance with RBI and bank/NBFC policies.
Handle customer grievances professionally and ethically.
Meet assigned monthly recovery targets.
Required Qualifications
DRA Certification approved by the Indian Banks' Association.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Basic knowledge of banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, auto loans,
etc.
Understanding of recovery laws and compliance standards.
Required Skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully
Good documentation and reporting skills
Field collection experience (preferred)
Knowledge of local language(s)
Target-oriented mindset
Ethical and customer-focused approach
Experience
1–3 years of experience in collections or recovery (Bank/NBFC/Agency).
Freshers with DRA certification may also be considered.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
