Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our wedding photography team. This role is ideal for who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and the wedding industry. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with potential clients, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Explain wedding photography and videography packages to prospective clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain a structured lead database
- Coordinate with internal teams to check availability and share proposals
- Assist in closing deals and confirming bookings
- Support in client meetings (online or in-person, if required)
- Update CRM with lead status and client details
- Achieve monthly inquiry handling and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration or a related field
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada
- Willingness to learn sales processes and client handling
- Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to grow
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Interest in weddings, photography, or creative industries
- Prior internship or exposure to sales / customer service
- Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and in person

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
