Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Calling
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Record customer feedback and update CRM.
Sales Support
- Promote ongoing offers and campaigns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Update CRM/Excel with call outcomes.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports.
Key Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Good listening and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, CRM software).
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
