What You Will Own & Lead
- Drive AI-Powered Workforce Transformation:
o Build and own a dynamic Role Risk Register, evaluating how AI and automation impact roles across the organization
o Turn complex data into clear insights that guide reskilling, redeployment, and workforce evolution
o Partner with Talent teams to future-proof critical skills and roles
Workforce Investment & Un-investment Architecture
o Shape where the company hires, invests, or optimizes workforce capacity
o Evaluate new hiring needs against business priorities, internal talent, and automation potential
o Help leadership make high-impact decisions on cost, productivity, and talent allocation
Build Forward-Looking Workforce Intelligence:
o Lead development of 12–36 months’ workforce forecasts integrating demand, skills, hiring, and attrition
o Provide regular insights on talent gaps, surpluses, and hiring priorities
o Create scalable analytics engines that improve planning accuracy and agility
Enhance Organizational Effectiveness:
o Drive initiatives to simplify and optimize the organization—spans, layers, and role alignment
o Lead reviews that unlock productivity, capacity, and operational efficiency
o Translate data into clear recommendations leaders can act on immediately

What you Bring
- 10+ years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, or engineering operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (strategy, finance, analytics, or consulting background)
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders through clear, data-driven storytelling
- Ability to evaluate trade-offs, scenarios, and financial implications
- Focus on business outcomes (capacity, productivity, cost efficiency) over activity metrics.
