About the Role
ReadyAssist is looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals to join our Supply Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a strong network of service providers, ensuring seamless service delivery across assigned regions. If you enjoy field operations, vendor management, and driving execution, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source skilled service providers through online research, field activities, referrals, and existing databases.
- Onboard service providers onto the Mec+ platform and ensure smooth integration into the ecosystem.
- Conduct training sessions on the Mec+ application and operational processes.
- Manage and assign service requests within designated geographies.
- Build strong relationships with service providers through regular engagement and support.
- Monitor service quality, operational performance, and partner satisfaction.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain operational excellence across assigned regions.
Who Should Apply?
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in vendor management, operations, field sales, supply management, or partner onboarding.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory, along with any one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
- Self-driven individuals who can take ownership and work independently.
- Candidates willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
