Job Summary:
The Planning Manager will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination of real estate construction projects. The role ensures timely project execution through effective planning, resource optimization, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera / MS Project.
- Prepare baseline programs, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Monitor project milestones, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants for project execution.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and progress reports for management review.
- Conduct resource planning including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Perform delay analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Support tender planning, budgeting, and project feasibility analysis.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling
- Expertise in Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Good understanding of construction methodologies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of project costing and budgeting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- Certification in Project Management (preferred)

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
