Lite Stays is hiring a reliable and responsible Night Supervisor to manage late-night operations across our serviced apartments in Powai & Chandivali.
Responsibilities Coordinate guest check-ins/check-outs during night hours Handle guest calls, complaints & emergencies professionally Assist guests with self check-in process Ensure smooth late-night operations across properties Requirements Good communication skills (English + Hindi) Basic smartphone & WhatsApp handling skills Calm under pressure and responsive at night Prior hospitality/customer support experience preferred Must stay near Powai/Chandivali or be comfortable travelling at night
