Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand Mycompasstoday's presence across schools, coaching institutes, and NGOs.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a passion for sales. The role involves field visits, lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, and converting prospects into long-term institutional partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced sales professionals who want to build a rewarding career in the growing Education and EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities1. Market Research & Lead Generation
- Identify potential schools, coaching institutes, NGOs, and educational organizations
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and outreach activities
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration
2. Institutional Sales & Client Meetings
- Visit schools, coaching institutes, and NGOs across Ahmedabad
- Meet principals, trustees, coordinators, counselors, and key decision-makers
- Schedule appointments and conduct professional meetings
- Build strong relationships with educational institutions
- Present value propositions effectively to prospective clients
3. Product Presentation & Demonstration
- Present Mycompasstoday's platform and services to prospective clients
- Conduct PowerPoint presentations and product demonstrations
- Explain portal features, benefits, and subscription plans
- Demonstrate how the platform supports student development and career guidance
- Address client questions and objections professionally
4. Relationship Management & Follow-Up
- Maintain regular communication with prospects
- Follow up on meetings, demonstrations, and proposals
- Convert leads into active subscriptions and partnerships
- Build long-term client relationships
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain daily visit and activity reports
- Track leads, meetings, presentations, and conversions
- Submit weekly performance updates to management
- Maintain accurate records in company databases and reports

- Freshers can apply
- Experience in Education Sales, EdTech Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development will be an advantage
- Comfortable with field work and travel within Ahmedabad
- Strong interest in sales, networking, and relationship management
