Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed product information. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions. Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert them into sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned. Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Coordinate with the sales team for closing deals and after-sales support. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive, Tele caller, or similar sales role (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales over the phone. Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is an added advantage. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)
